For any cancellation by the customer, the refundable amount will be 70% of the total received amount.
100% refund will be given, if product is not available or we are not able to ship the products.
Books once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect. The availability and prices of the products on this website is based on the data provided by Supplier or Publisher of that product. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered manufacturing/binding defect product back from the India Post. In such cases refunds may be done excluding postal charges and packing charges.
